Rock and Flower Felt is my creative outlet for all things felt!

Needle felting is an amazing process of poking wool fibers with special needles to obtain the desired shape. It is also possible to “paint” with wool to create a two-dimensional work of art. Because of the nature of felting, it is impossible for me to exactly replicate the same project twice. Each of my creations takes on a personality of their own that I cannot recreate. Every one of my pieces is definitely a labor of love!

I started out felting little animal ornaments and figurines, but I love to experiment, and so I’ve branched out a bit in making air plant vessels, two-dimensional ornaments, dryer balls, and wall art. I also love to get feedback on what people want to see in my shop next. I like a good challenge!

I purchase all of my felting wool from Living Felt, a company that uses cruelty-free methods to obtain their product and processes it with earth-friendly soap. Their wool also still has a small amount of hay in it, which does sometimes make its way into my creations.
